Ceremony Refreshments

Light refreshments, drinks, and finger food will be available at the conclusion of the ceremony. A wide variety will be set up in the hall next to the main church building.

Please feel free to either sit in the hall next door to enjoy the food or stand in the outdoor areas.

Ceremony

Dress Code

For the men, formal or business attire is preferred, smart casual with chinos or jeans is acceptable.

For the women, don’t come wearing a wedding dress.

Colours

If you can avoid a black outfit that would be great. Any other colour is acceptable.

Getting to the Ceremony

  • Public Transport

    Summer Hill Church is a 7 minute walk away from Summer Hill Train Station.

  • Car

    Carpool is recommended. Street parking is available but spots may be limited.

Reception

Join us for a celebration over a delicious meal at the reception after the wedding.

Formal or cocktail preferred, smart casual is acceptable.

Any colours are welcome

Wishing Well

A wishing well will be available for you to place any cards or gifts you would like for us to receive.

A QR code for any contributions for our honeymoon will be available on the day.

Getting to the Reception

  • Public Transport

    Cabravale Club Resort is located between Cabramatta and Canley Vale train stations, approximately 10 minutes walk from either station.

  • Car

    Car parking is available and complimentary. Free entry via Phelps Street in Canley Vale. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

  • Taxis

    When departing, taxis are available outside the Club to take you home. You can call a taxi for free from inside Cabravale Club Resort.

Are you able to accomodate dietary requirements?

Please let us know of your dietary requirements. We will advise the caterer and will confirm closer to the date of the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

We understand the importance of quality time between romantic partners. If you are engaged or married and would like to bring your partner and they did not receive an invite, please include their details (full name and contact details) in the Plus Ones section of the RSVP form.

Can children attend?

Children can attend however it would be your responsibility to ensure the child does not disrupt the wedding. Please include their details (name, age, contact details) in the notes section of the RSVP form.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Drinks will be provided on the day. The venue is a licenced premises and may not allow externally purchased drinks. You can indicate on the RSVP form which drinks you would like and we will try to have those prepared for your table.
